Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  1. Service Scope: INSTAGLAM provides beauty and wellness services through professionals at designated locations, including Vida Emirates Hills and Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club. Services must be booked via our webpage.

  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book our services or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  3. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email and include appointment time and service details. The confirmation must be retained as proof of booking.

  4. Changes to Terms: INSTAGLAM reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or WhatsApp.

  5. Professional Standards: Our professionals are certified and follow industry standards. Any issues with the service must be reported immediately to VidaCC@instaglam.co.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  1. Payment Terms:

    • Payment is held at the time of booking and charged upon confirmation.

    • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours prior to the booking start time during business hours (Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM).

    • Requests made within 3 hours of the booking start time will be fully charged.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed through the original payment method or credited to the user’s account.

    • Refunds are issued if a professional cancels or fails to attend the appointment.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • Client Lateness: The service provider will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time. After this grace period, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service amount will be charged.

    • Failure to attend an appointment without prior cancellation will also result in a full charge.

Customer Responsibilities and Liability

  1. Customer Obligations:

    • Provide accurate information during booking.

    • Arrive at the appointment location on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation with full charge.

    • Ensure the environment is safe and conducive to service delivery if applicable.

  2. Prohibited Conduct:

    • Abuse or inappropriate behavior towards professionals is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of services.

    • Misrepresentation during booking (e.g., incorrect location or service needs) may lead to additional charges or refusal of service.

  3. Limitation of Liability:

    • INSTAGLAM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

    • In the event of dissatisfaction, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  4. Force Majeure: INSTAGLAM is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
