Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Advance Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 hours prior to the booking start time.

  • Requests must be submitted during our business hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

    • Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day and treated according to this policy.

  • Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment or credited to your account.

Late Cancellations or Rescheduling (Under 3 Business Working Hours)
 

  • For requests made less than 3 hours prior to the booking start time, the full service amount will be charged.
