Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At INSTAGLAM, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our valued clients. To ensure efficiency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Advance Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may request to cancel or reschedule their booking at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Submission Guidelines: Requests must be submitted during our business hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day and handled according to this policy. Refund & Credit Policy: Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment or credited to the client’s account for future bookings. 2. Late Cancellations & Rescheduling (Under 3 Business Hours) Requests made less than 3 hours prior to the booking start time will be charged in full, and no refunds or credits will be provided. 3.
